Biography:

Laura L. Kunard, Ph.D. serves as a Subject Matter Expert for the Smart Policing Initiative, and additionally works on a variety of DOJ initiatives focused on law enforcement research, training and technical assistance. She currently supports the national Crisis Intervention Team training curriculum project, BJA SPI, the Advancing 21st Century Policing Initiative, and the Collaborative Reform Initiative for COPS.
